Almost everything is good in Aptana except annoying “Aptana Messenger” toolbar which unfortunately cannot be disabled. Searching in Google gives us a wonderful post on the forum of Aptana: one good man tells us how to disable tollbar via editing com.aptana.ide.intro plugin. Unfortunatelly, this method doesn’t always work but if you don’t really need functionality of messenger you can just delete this plugin from ~/.eclipse/plugins directory.

Voila! We got rid of that fucken panel and can continue working in eclipse with pleasure
